High-purity process chemicals for semiconductor fabs.

Helixon blends, filters and releases SEMI-grade wet chemistries — etchants, cleans, solvents, developers and CMP consumables — for 200 mm and 300 mm fabs across Asia Pacific. Every lot ships with an ICP-MS certificate against your incoming spec.

Five steps from incoming spec to locked supply.

A fab cannot re-qualify a chemistry every quarter. These steps are numbered because each one gates the next — and step five is the one that protects your process window.

  1. 01

    Spec review

Send your incoming specification. We match grade, trace metal limits and particle counts, and say within 48 hours what we can and cannot hold.

  2. 02

    Sample lot

A 4 L qualification lot with a full ICP-MS certificate, in your production packaging. Ten working days from spec agreement.

  3. 03

    Fab qualification

You run it on the tool. We freeze the blend recipe, the raw material source and the container supplier for the duration.

  4. 04

    Supply agreement

Call-off volumes, agreed lead time, and buffer stock held on Jurong Island against your forecast.

  5. 05

    Locked change control

No change to recipe, raw material source, filtration or packaging without 90 days written notice and a fresh qualification lot.

On Jurong Island, inside the fence.

Jurong Island is Singapore’s dedicated chemical hub — a reclaimed island in the south-west that hosts around a hundred petrochemical and specialty chemical plants on a shared network of jetties, pipelines and utilities. Our blending suite and warehouse sit on it.

Being on the island means feedstock arrives by pipeline and jetty instead of by road, and hazardous goods never leave a licensed site until they leave for your fab. It also means the restricted-zone permits, escort and hazmat routing are ours to handle, not yours.

  • Licensed hazardous substances storage with SCDF-compliant bunding
  • Class 100 blending suite, sub-micron filtration at point of fill
  • Restricted-zone access, permits and escort arranged by us
  • 24/7 emergency response and spill cover on site

The certificate is the product.

A chemistry that meets spec without a defensible certificate is a chemistry your quality team cannot use. Every lot is assayed before release, against these limits.

Certificate of analysis

Lot-specific ICP-MS assay, batch number, manufacture and expiry date, released by a named chemist.

Safety data sheet

GHS-format SDS in the destination language, revision-controlled and re-issued on any change.

Transport classification

UN number, packing group, IMDG and IATA declarations prepared for the shipping mode you use.

Retained samples

A retained sample of every lot held for 24 months for excursion investigation.

The wet process chemical qualification checklist.

The reference our own engineers use when a fab brings a new chemistry in: the SEMI grade comparison table, trace metal limits mapped to process node, a 31-point supplier qualification checklist, and the container and filtration questions most incoming specs leave out.

  • SEMI C1–C12 grade comparison, side by side
  • 31-point supplier qualification checklist
  • Trace metal limits mapped to process node
  • Container, liner and filtration decision table
  • Change control clauses worth writing into the contract

Tell us what you are running.

Send the chemistry, grade, annual volume and packaging. A process chemist — not a call centre — replies within one business day with availability, lead time and indicative pricing.

For a safety data sheet, quote the product name and CAS number and we will attach the current revision to our reply.

What fabs ask us first.

What purity grades do you supply?

SEMI Grade 2 through Grade 12. Grade 12 — under 10 ppt for any single trace metal — is available on our etchants, RCA cleans and developers. Bulk acids are supplied to Grade 4 or Grade 5 depending on the chemistry.

Do you deliver outside Singapore?

Yes. We ship to fabs in Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, China and India by sea freight from Tuas or air freight from Changi. Transport classification and destination-language SDS are prepared for each mode.

How long does qualification take?

A sample lot ships ten working days after the incoming spec is agreed. Fab qualification then runs on your schedule; we hold the blend recipe and raw material source frozen for its duration.

Can you feed a bulk chemical distribution loop directly?

Yes, for bulk acids, IPA and peroxide. We deliver into day tanks by ISO tank or road tanker, with sampling at the point of transfer and a certificate against the receiving tank.

What happens if a lot is out of spec?

We hold a retained sample of every lot for 24 months. On an excursion we release the retain, the line clearance record and the raw material certificate within one business day, and replace the lot at our cost.

Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

Both. We blend, filter and fill on Jurong Island from audited upstream producers. The blend, the filtration and the container are ours; the base chemistry is sourced against a fixed, disclosed supplier list.
